Jeff was our knight in shining armor, after a horrible battle with a previous contractor who left us with an incomplete and poor quality new floor. He did the assessment and got us a quote in record time, and it was extremely reasonable. We could tell right away we were in good hands.

We were picky about getting things just right, such as nail heads showing, boards coming right up to the surrounding features, etc. but it turns out Jeff was just as picky! We are super satisfied with the result, and the crew was in and out of there within the week. To top it off, the day after he was done, and we paid him, he came back with a special dolly to help us move our refrigerator back into the kitchen! What a nice guy!

Jeff installed hardwood floors for us several years ago in halls and bedrooms and did an excellent job! This year, we had him refinish hardwoods in our family room and kitchen that had been installed by a different company that did not do the quality of work that Jeff does.

He made them look great and filled gaps that the original installer left and would not repair. I highly recommend Floorscapes for quality work at a fair price. We would use him again anytime! Plus Jeff is a nice guy and easy to work with!!

Floorscapes did our entire house—we started with just the main living areas but ended up having hardwood throughout the house. I picked out random width flooring and ran into an issue with the 6" wide planks being short (in my opinion, it's how my style was sold), but to make a long story short, Jeff worked with the manufacturer to supply 8' lengths of the wider plank boards and I was thrilled.

Jeff also made suggestions in other rooms of the house that had some not-so-ideal circumstances, and Jeff made it all look great!

We moved here from Chicago and wanted the new house to have all hardwood floors. Jeff came in and did a great job. Sanded and resealed old floors and removed carpet throughout out and replaced with new 5" Brazilian cherry. They even worked weekends to get job done before our moving trucks arrived.

Few months later, had him come back and install modular carpet tiles in home gym.

Next project is refinish basement and get new flooring. Will call Jeff for that.

Jeff did a great job in refinishing our hardwood kitchen floors that were ruined by a leak from our refrigerator. He was professional and competent and knew exactly what it would take to fix the floors and make me happy.

We have 23 year old Hartco refinished floors that were trashed. Before ripping up and replacing, Jeff came over to give us an estimate on refinishing.

Jeff's team sanded the floors, stained them darker and put on a protective finish that so far has not been scratched by my three large dogs. We are very happy with the outcome and honestly can't believe Jeff was able to save our floors and make them look new again. Very, very happy!
